GPF32 Foam

GPF32 Rigid Foam. This is a two part expanding RIGID Polyurethane foam. When cured it can be shaped or cut with a hand saw or sharp knife. As a guide, each 1 kg of mixed GPF32 foam expands to a volume of approximately 15 litres. All polyurethane foams begin to expand in around 30 to 40 seconds when the two parts are mixed together. Best results are achieved when foam is at room temperature and mixed with a mechanical mixer. A 2kg kit (which comprises of 1Kg of part A and 1Kg of part B) will therefore yield about 30 litres of finished foam in expanded volume.
